Refund Policy

30-day risk-free trial
Every Solar Energy Lighting order is protected by a 30-day risk-free trial. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
Return process
Email support@energysolarlighting.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned unit and confirm it is in re-sellable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Warranty replacements
Products that fail within the 2-year warranty window are replaced free of charge — no return required for warranty claims after month 12. See the product warranty terms for full details.
