Where does it ship from?

Our warehouse in North Carolina, USA. Shipping is free. Orders usually ship within one business day. Tracked delivery takes about 2–4 business days after shipping. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Does it need power wires?

No. The solar panel and battery are built in. You don’t need to run a power cable to the light.

Does it turn on by itself?

Yes. The light sensor turns it on at night and off at sunrise. Use the remote to choose your setting.

Will it stay on all night?

It is built for dusk-to-dawn use. The listed runtime is about 12–16 hours. Actual runtime depends on sunlight, battery charge and the setting you choose. A cloudy day or full-brightness setting can shorten runtime.

What does 1000W mean?

1000W is the model name. It is not a measured power-draw or lumen figure. The listed coverage is about 1,600–2,150 sq ft. Results depend on your mounting spot and setting.

Can I adjust the mounting arm?

The included arm is fixed and about 16 inches long. It has no hinge or swivel. Choose your mounting spot before fixing it in place.

What if I need a return or warranty help?

You get a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Open our return policy or contact our team for help.

How big is the light?

The body is about 22.6 inches long, 9.25 inches wide and 3 inches deep, including the socket. The mounting arm is separate. These are approximate photo measurements.
